A repair workshop that comes to your door
You do not need a repair shop on your high street. Tell us the make, the model and what the laptop is doing, and a technician replies with a likely cost and the quickest way to get it to us. Most customers outside London use our insured courier collection; some post the laptop themselves or bring it to the workshop.
Once it arrives we find the fault, not just the symptom. You get one fixed price and nothing is repaired until you say yes. If the repair is not worth doing, we tell you so and explain why.

Do you charge to look at my laptop?
No. Repair assessments are free. We tell you what has failed and give you a fixed price before any work is done.
Is my laptop insured while it is with the courier?
Yes. Collections we arrange travel by insured courier. Our packing guide shows how to box the laptop so it arrives in the state it left you.
Can I bring it in instead?
Yes. The workshop is at Unit 1, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. We also see customers in Beckenham by appointment.
What happens if I decide not to go ahead?
Nothing is repaired without your approval. If you turn the quote down, we send the laptop back to you.
